He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Clay and Adda Mae Howard (Lorene Howard). He is survived by: his wife Dottie Howard; his children, Linda Moore (Tim) and Keith Howard (Lori); his stepdaughter Lois Gaines; and his sister Bonita Woodrum.
