He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Jean Ross; and his parents, Mary A. Ross (Hollstegge) and Everett D. Ross. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela J. Balzer (Donn) and Valerie J. Noe (Bud); his sibling Estel Cripe; and his grandchildren, Brian Balzer (Holly), Beth Hollis (Eric), Jeanie White (Matthew), Adam Noe (Nichi), Brandon (Devonna), Baily Balzer, Emilee Muskopf (Nick), Nathan, Jessica, Joaquin Hollis, Maddison, Annslee, Hunter White, William Joseph Noe, Everly Ann Hooper, Elijah David Muskopf, Drew Cook and Trent Weeda.
In Lieu of flowers, donation can be made to St. John the Baptist Church Building Fund or Hospice of Cincinnati.
