He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Hayes II and Ruth Hilda Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hayes; his children, David E. Hayes and Jacki Klumb (Tom); his grandchildren, Spencer Dresmann, Alexandra McCafferty (John), Maria Sunderhaus (Kiley), Michael Klumb, Isabelle Hayes, Brandi Champion, Kara Stahl, Kylee Stahl and Brent Stahl; his great grandchild Mia; and his sisters, Donna Wocher and Bonnie Mushrush. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
