He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Blair and Pansy Blair; and his brothers, Richard and Brad Blair. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Blair; his daughters, Erika Blair and Erin Blair (Eddie); his grandchildren, Jackson and Maddison; and his siblings, Carolyn Fookes, Robert Blair and Russell Blair. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
