She is survived by: her mother Rose M Bentley; her fiancé Phil Mortashed; her children, Ryan, Sarah and Amy; her pet Hank; her sisters, Rita Hart (Randy) and Kim Caldwell (Randy); her nieces, Kisha Pierson and Mindy Adams; her nephew Aaron Garcia; her aunt Shirley Hassertt; and her cousin Dawn McNamara.
Amy loved animals and she adopted her dog Hank from PAWS of Dearborn County so the family would like donations to go there or to Pathways to Home, which Amy would help supply them with food for those in the community that needed it most.
