With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Hayes of Hamden, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on July 21, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold James Hayes and Betty Lea Sims Hayes. He is survived by: his daughters, Alexandra Hayes of Brighton and Morgan Hayes of Hamden; his close friend Amy McCoy of Hamden; and his siblings, Jim Hayes and Kathy Abbott.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Rod's memory be given to the Hamden Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 309, Hamden, Ohio 45634.
