She is survived by: her grandchildren, Richard A. Weller (Penny) of Milan, Wendy J. Derr (Keith) of Albany and Aaron Cotner of Wilmington, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Chelsea Mullins (Ryan), Jordan Goodman, Joshua Weller, Daisy Cotner and Scarlett Cotner; and her brother William Smith (Michelle) of Galva. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
