He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Stepp, Lisa Ford (Craig), Robin Sepp, Teresa Stepp (Randy) and Megan Phipps (Kevin); and his sisters, Irene Farley and Maxine Diamond. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
