He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Tackett and Joyce Tackett (Hall). He is survived by: his sons, A. J. and Drake Tackett (Brooke); his brothers, Jeremy (Lana), Adam and Matthew Tackett (Melissa); his nieces and nephews, Wesley, Emily, Justin, Hallie, Austin, Kennedy, Keegan, Angela and Kaylee; and his great-nephew Danny.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home (587 Main St, Groveport, OH 43125). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
