He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Pack and Beatrice Pack. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dowdy Pack; his children, Loutisha, Lorrie, Lonnie (Kim) and Luke Pack (Jenny); his stepchildren, Heather Anderson and Michael Williams (Tara); his grandchildren, Brandon Cox, Kiaya Stacy, David Pack, Carissa Pack, Kiera Pack, Brian Moreland, Nathan Moreland, Scarlett Pack and Machaela Anderson; and his siblings, Michael, Paul Pack, Brett, Bart Moore (Christina), Becky Armentrout, Sheila Buskirk (Gary) and Marsha Crawford (Steve). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
