She is survived by: her husband Terry Caldwell; her children, Terra Logan (Jason), Jeremiah Caldwell (Antoinette), Lana Kocher (Bryon) and Luke Jennings (Shawna); her grandchildren, Samantha (Isaac), Alisha, Andrew, Sabrina, Sierra and Jeremiah; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Adalee; and her sisters, Barbara Bennett, Judy Nickels, Anita Hogan (Thomas), Jeanie Thomas (Matt) and Tracy Boehm (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, 5 Fur Babies.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Chapel (1346 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
