She was predeceased by: her husband Phoenix Franks III; and her son Richard Franks. She is survived by: her children, James Franks (Arlene), Phoenix Franks IV (Deborah), Katherine Trogolo (Scott) and Steven Franks (Brenda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
