He is survived by: his mother Constance Sams; his sisters, Cindy Smith and Sandra Hall; his nieces, Margaret Hall and Johnna Adkins (Bryan); his great-niece Isabella Adkins; and his great-nephews, Jacob and Gabriel Blankenship. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
