He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannette; his parents, Millard Palsgrove and Edna Palsgrove; and his brothers, Robert and Ted Palsgrove.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Seelenbinder (Greg), James Jr. (Connie) and Richard Palsgrove; his granddaughters, Kristen Conkey (Andy) and Kathleen Van Hoose (Jared); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Addison Conkey; and his sisters, Carol Shannon and Susie Jones. He is also survived by his family and friends.
