He was predeceased by: his parents, Exer Cline (Wells) and Wiliam Mckinley Cline; and his daughter Kimberly S. Fritz. He is survived by: his wife Frances L. Cline (Bush); his daughter Colene K. Brunton (Gerald); his son-in-law Ronald L. Fritz; and his grandchildren, Josh Grubbs (Ashley), Elijah Grubbs (Marissa) and Victoria Cline. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
