He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora John Blevins and Regina Blevins; and his siblings, Brenda Blevins and Ora Eugene Blevins. He is survived by: his child Jaime McCorkle (Jake); his grandchildren, David Blevins (Lacy), Maverick McCorkle, Liam, Laylee, Novalee and Oaklee Blevins; and his siblings, Kent Blevins (Lisa), Janet Martz, Darlene Riley and Tonya Blevins.
