He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Maxwell and Mildred Maxwell (Kelso); his former wife Jo Arlene Maxwell; his sons, Michael Maxwell and Timothy Lloyd; and his brother Paul Maxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Arlene Maxwell; his children, Matthew Maxwell, Marc Maxwell (Robin), Mindi Magee (Nevil), Teresa Lloyd, Thomas Lloyd, Trinda Cutler (Winston) and Tyler Lloyd (Carol); his daughter-in-law Correne Maxwell; his grandchildren, Corey Maxwell, Emma Maxwell, Brianna Maxwell, Sage Maxwell, Bailey Magee, Lena Magee, Tatum Cutler, Brandon Palmer and Austin Palmer; and his siblings, Cheryl Clark (Tom), Susan Downey, Crystal Dill (Don), Jack Maxwell (Annette), Rocky Maxwell (Faith), Holly Heskett (Tim), Rhoda Mazik (Greg) and Gigi Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
