She is survived by: her children, Patty Hook, Vicki Thornhill and Jerry Thornhill; her brother Jim Miller; her grandchildren, Joe Thornhill, Kristen Thornhill (Jamie), Steven Thornhill (Tiffany) and Kasey Shaffer (Chris); and her caregiver Carol Jean Zarbaugh. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces nephews, other family and friends.
