She is survived by: her children, David Smith, Carlos Scott (Christina) of Portsmouth, Ohio and Tara Wilson (Tim); her grandchildren, Sammy of Piketon, Jessie of Piketon, Carla of Piketon, Jamie Addis-Scott (Jack) of Vanceburg, KY, Crystal of Waverly, Caitlin of Columbus, Ohio, Taylor Tipton, Danny Tipton Jr., Joey Tipton, Carlos Scott III, Tylor Scott, Christopher Scott, Alice Addis, Noah Addis, Leroy Canter II, Mikayla Canter, Madison Harrison, Dallas Thompson and Elizabeth Simpkins; and her siblings, Franklin Burton Jr. and Deborah Chavez (Tony). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
