He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Casey" Bottoms and Alma Bottoms (Ryan); his wife Betty Bottoms (Hendron); and his brothers, Glen Bottoms and Bruce Bottoms.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Riney (Stan); his children, Sandy Sams (Vince), Steve Bottoms (Sheliah) and Lisa Norman (Eric); his grandchildren, Stephanie Schmidt (Nick), Adam Sams (Jordan), Matt Bottoms and Nick Bottoms (Kara); his great grandchildren, Sadie Bottoms and Camryn Sams; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Layla, Olivia and Crosby Schmidt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Čhankú Wašté Ranch, a ministry close to Don's heart and where his grandson is currently involved in mission work. Donation envelopes will also be available at the service.
