He was predeceased by: his wife Amy Lee Fry; his mother Opal Ruth Armstrong; and his sisters, Glenda and Melinda Fry. He is survived by: his daughters, Mikayla Fry and Jessica Fry; his parents-in-law, Chuck, Clara Wills, David and Debbie Clark; his siblings-in-law, Nicholas Clark (Melissa), Christopher Wills, Kaley Mendenhall (Jake), Traci Anderson (Rob) and Samantha Sacco; his aunt Debbie McCollister; his uncle Ken Oshiro; his nieces and nephews, Alexa, Madison, Olivia, Anthony, Savannah, Everleigh, Zach and Jett; and his friend Kelie Moffitt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
