She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Waugh and Gladys Waugh; her husband Bill Branscomb; and her close friend Betty Wilson. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Eastman (Ron), Cheryl Cremeans and Linda Loeffler; her brother Larry Dean Waugh of Jackson, OH; her sister-in-law Janice Baughman of Canal Winchester, OH; and her friends, Larry, Jean Ann Hilbert, Jennifer, Dave Hertl and Courtney Hilbert.
