The passing of Dirk Edward Shepherd (Grove City, Ohio) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 20, 2024 at the age of 69. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Walt Shepherd; his sister Brenda Shepherd; and his stepdaughter Marylyn Rapp-Dickey. He is survived by: his girlfriend June Cremeans; his sons, Brad Shepherd (Tamie) and Todd Shepherd (Allison); his siblings, Steve Shepherd (Melissa) and Merri Jo Linton (Mark); and his grandchildren, Emilie, Marshall, Jaxyn, Mya, Makayla, Maryssa, Jordyn, Jaydyn, Audrey and Serenity. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In remembrance of Dirk's life and love for his dogs, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to GiGi's Dog Adoption Animal Shelter (6175 Wright Rd, Canal Winchester, OH 43110) in his name.
