He is survived by: his mother-in-law Charlene Hartzell; his daughters, Tracy Bahena and Sheila Larson (Chris "Lars"); his grandchildren, Tyler Libbey, Dylan Cook (Brianna), Kayla Bahena (Kollin), Mykenzie Broadland (Connor), Daniel Gonzalez (Stephanie), Dawsyn Larson, Davyn Larson and Isabella Bahena; his great grandchildren, Omar Bahena, Jake Bahena, Emery "Birdie" Cook, Krew Sanders and Nova "LuLu" Cook; his brothers, Robert Puissant (Mary) and Ed Puissant (Laura); his brothers-in-law, Tom Hartzell (Peggy) and Larry Hartzell (Sylvia); his nephews, Michael Puissant and Joe Puissant; and his caregiver Tiffany Labig.
