He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Grafton and Orphia Jenkins (Metz); and his siblings, Jonathan Martin Jenkins and Barbara Hughes. He is survived by: his daughter Robin Baise of Washington, C. H.; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Francis McAtee, Richard David Ross, Sr. and Melissa Ann Wiatt. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
