He was predeceased by: his parents, George Milton and Clara Belle Dufer Parker; and his siblings, George, Kim, William Parker, Alice Parker and Phyllis Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Parker; his children, Robin Garman (Greg) of Greenfield and Arthur Parker (Lide) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Mary Lide Parker of Chapel Hill, NC, Austin Parker of Atlanta, GA, Bryce, Sarah Garman (Riley) of Greenville, SC, Cale, Sierra Garman (Houser) of Greenfield, OH, Adam Garman of Greenfield, OH and Amy Garman (Larimore) of Frankfort, OH; and his great grandchildren, Isabel, Claire, Elisabeth, Banks, Gabbi, Gracie and Briggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
