He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rutter (Knisley); his children, Lorah Monterroso of Atlanta, GA, Lisa Boyd (Chris) of Greenfield and Robert Rutter (Sarah) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Brody, Deanna, Sidney, Aubrey, Jenna, William and Gracelynn; his siblings, Vickie Johnston (Melvin McNeal) of Circleville, Tonia Marshall (Barry) of Stoutsville, Randy Rutter (Patty) of Laurelville and Rodney Rutter (Crystal) of Laurelville; his brother-in-law Donnie Anderson of Rock Bridge; and his close friend Rick Miller of Washington, C. H.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
