He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Butts (Jerry) of Kettering and Sharon Chambliss (Scott) of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Kourtney, Trinity and Makenna; his siblings, Joy Stewart (Mike) of Lancaster, Carol Stewart of Circleville, Janet Smith (Donald) of South Salem and Larry Johnson (Cindy) of Greenfield; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Johnson and Ruth Johnson.
