We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Mabel Clay of Greenfield, Ohio, born in Highland County, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McConnell and Anna Marie Cadwallader McConnell; and her siblings, Dorothy Nicley (Meredith), Betty Chaney, Barbara McConnell, Mary McConnell and James McConnell (Mary).
She is survived by: her husband Doyle K. Clay; her children, Thomas D. Clay (Diane) of Illinois, Steven D. Clay of North Carolina and Lori Ann Henkle (Brian) of Chillicothe; and her grandson Travis Stewart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
All those attending the service will be required to wear a face covering and observe social distancing.
In lieu of flowers Jane's family asks that everyone bring children's mittens or hats to donate in Jane's memory or donate to the First Church of God Five Loaves Ministry, 780 E. Water St., Chillicothe, OH 45601, to donate online.
