She is survived by: her husband George Richard Addington; her children, David Addington (Reta) of Greenfield, Rhonda Conley (Chuck) of Beavercreek and Dawn Swift (John) of Leesburg; and her sisters, Lou Anna Clouser of South Salem and Pauline Judy of Cincinnati. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
