He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Penn and Ocie Jones Penn; his wife Peggy Moon Penn; his children, Lana Penn Wisecup and Randy Penn; and his siblings, Lucille Ellis (Charles), Louise Feuillerat (Reginald), Leona Comer (Bob), Glenn Penn (Marguerite), Leo Penn (Mary Alice), Lowell Penn (June), Paul Penn (Donna Lou) and Robert Penn (Jean).
He is survived by: his daughter Chic Reichel (Carl) of Greenfield; his son-in-law Carl Wisecup of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Tim Wisecup (Kim), Ray Penn and Anitra Lindsey (Doug); and his caregiver Shirley Hakes. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, a special friend.
