She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard N Cook and Frances A Smith Cook; and her children, Susan Wise Amyx and Daniel Lee Amyx. She is survived by: her children, Christian Amyx Riddle, Justin Clay Amyx and Ronald Dale Amyx; and her sisters, Nancy Porter (Don) and Carol Wobser. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
