It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Moore of Greenfield, Ohio, born in Urbana, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Moore and Alberta Thomas Moore; and his brothers, Paul, Gene and Dale Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Leisa Clay (Todd) of Greenfield and Scott Moore (Regina); his grandchildren, Zach Clay (Olivia), Jake Clay (Sarah), Ryan Moore (Brooke Connors) and Jordan Moore (Carleigh Matson); his great grandchildren, Tyler and Remi Clay; and his siblings, Doris Chakeres of Columbus, Clyde Moore of Orient and Neil Moore.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in Jerry's name to the American Cancer Society.
