He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Marion and Marjorie Louise Ballentine (Rose); and his sisters, Rebecca and Sharon. He is survived by: his sons, Jamie Lynn Ballentine of Florida, Johnnie Robert Ballentine of Florida and Joel Heath Ballentine of Orient; and his siblings, William Wayne "Bill" Ballentine of Arizona, Alberta Lee Duncan of Centerville and Linda Jean Ballentine of Greenfield. He is also survived by six granddaughters; one grandson; twin great grandsons.
