He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mann and Minnie Alice Mann (Harper); and his siblings, Mary Jane Bennett, Loretta Genevive Smith, Anna Lee Detty, Harley Jo Mann, Bobbie Gene Mann, William Paul Mann, Ray William Mann and Donald Richard Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mann (Parrish); his son Dean Mann (Aunna) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, James Mann (Sarah) of Columbus and Makayla Marsh (Travis) of Greenfield; his great grandchild Joanna Beth Lucas of Greenfield; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Mann of Greenfield, Robin Mann of Las Vegas, Janet Hollon of Bainbridge, Dwana Nash of South Salem, Barb Stanforth of Bainbridge, Jay Parrish of Bainbridge and Sandy Parrish (Ruth) of Bainbridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
