He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clinton and Mary Ruth Lowman (Skaggs); his daughter-in-law Beth; and his sisters, Norma Jean, Mary Elizabeth and Lucy Loraine.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Lowman (Conley); his sons, Chris Lowman and Clinton Baker (Nicole); and his siblings, Anna Margaret Lowman and Robert Lowman. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
