He is survived by: his wife Teresa Mathews (Campbell); his sons, Donnie Mathews of Tucson, Dusty Mathews of Greenfield, Douglas Mathews (Rachel) of Greenfield, Dalton Mathews of Greenfield, Dakota Mathews and Sean Lockhart (Riley) of Greenfield; his grandson Basil Lockhart; his siblings, Dan Mathews of Greenfield, Ron Mathews of Greenfield, Mark Mathews (Debbie), Jeff Mathews of Greenfield, Kevin Mathews (Amber) of Greenfield, Laura Brigner of Greenfield and Wanda Meyers (Mike) of Hillsboro; his siblings-in-law, Tom Campbell of Greenfield, Tim Campbell of Chillicothe and Charity Loudner of Chillicothe; and his pet Ozzy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with expenses at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home.
