He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Charles and Becca Ann Goens Willis. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis P. Baxla; his children, Sheri Sepulbado of Orange and Chad Willis of Bainbridge; and his sisters, Gladys Pitstick (James) of Xenia and Betty Childress of Blackwater, VA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
