She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Fields of Greenfield and Lori Jacobs of Batavia; her grandchildren, Nicole Hamilton, Eric Parker (Autumn), Alicia Mullenix, Keith Fields (Miranda) and Joshua Jacobs; her sister Janet Hupp of Piketon; her niece Kimberly Day (Philip); and her nephew Dennis Graves. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
