Cullom (Barbara) of Greenfield and Howard L. Cullom (Katrina) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, David Aaron Trefz, Eric Michael Trefz, Lance Christopher Trefz, Jared M. Cullom (Elena), William L. Cullom (Christina), Hayley E. Cullom and Holden Daugherty; her great grandchildren, Landan Cullom, Ellen Cullom, Hudsun Cullom, Annan Cullom, Carolina Cullom, Laney Cullom and Haelynn Daugherty; and her siblings, Barphel L. Bartley (Grace) of Hillsboro and Bonnie Lou Bartley of Washington, C. H.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
