We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2022, at the age of 77, Nick J. Gerome of Grafton, Ohio, born in East Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nick J. Gerome to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Theresa; his parents, Donald Gerome and Carmella Gerome; his brothers, Donald and Robert Gerome; and his nephew Johnny.

He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Dan Gerome (Jill), Mary Gerome and Heidi Smith (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Amber (Derek), Brooke (K. C.), Nicole, Heather, Logan, Kassi, Zak and Theresa; and his great grandchildren, Alayna, Dominic and Sophia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pacesp.org (Pediatric & Congenital Electrophysiology Society).
