She was predeceased by: her husband John Sullivan; her children, Debra Hollander and Steve Sullivan; her parents, Albert DeHart and Gertrude DeHart; and her brothers, Richard DeHart and Tom DeHart.

She is survived by: her children, Ashley Leuhrman and Gary Sullivan; and her sisters, Carol Holcomb and Delores Cox. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
