He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horvath and Julia Horvath (Kuhn); his siblings, Frank, Albert, Ronald, James, John "Jack" Horvath, Kaye Clifford, Helen Matthews, Dorothy Shrieve and Betty Manukin; and his children, Donnie, Cindy and Melody.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his daughters, Joni Hostetler (Rick) of Gnadenhutten and Vicki Bowen (Jim) of Tavares; his brother Robert Horvath of Dillonvale, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Jason Hostetler (Kelli) of Port Washington, Barry Hostetler (Marley) of Dover, Cory Roth (Amanda) of Uhrichsville, Casey Roth (Gary Chowns) of Georgia, Stephanie Brandon (Cory) of Morristown and Jeremy Horvath (Tesha) of Florida.
Due to the COVID 19 health crisis, a private service will be held at Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home in Uhrichsville, Ohio.
