Allen (Gnadenhutten, Ohio), born in Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on May 27, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershell Franklin Allen and Mary Alice Allen Rinehart (York); and his sister-in-law Sherry Allen. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Garrison; his daughters, Leslie Allen and Amy McNutt (Corey); his grandsons, Nathan and Joshua McNutt; and his siblings, James Allen, Maryann Mueller and Richard Rinehart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
