She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell L. Trainer and Kathryn A. Mingus Trainer; her sister Cindy L. Coey; her pet Bandit; and her close friend Jake.
She is survived by: her husband John E. Smith of Glouster; her daughter Stephanie R. Addis (Scott) of Buchtel; her grandchildren, Taylor M. Arbaugh of Logan, Valerie A. Addis of Nelsonville and Madison N. Addis of Buchtel; her great grandchildren, Nash R. and Hayes E. Arbaugh; her siblings, Bill Trainer (Carolyn) of Malta, Allen Trainer (Denise) of Albany, Missy Scott (Jerry) of Malta and Michelle Raines (Lee) of Albany; and her close friend Ellen Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
