He is survived by: his daughter Teah Starrett of Corning; his grandchildren, Meah Lowery and Braiden Starrett; and his siblings, Dow Lowery Jr. (Betty) of Glouster, Glenn Lowery of Glouster, Bill Lowery (Cathy) of Circleville, Carol Hall (Marty) of Georgia, Alice McKee (Rodney) of Trimble, Barb McKee (Joe) of Nelsonville and Kay Giffin (Larry) of New Marshfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
