He is survived by: his wife Christina E Hook (Mace); his sons, Erik Hook of Glouster, OH and Christopher "Will" Hook (Suzannah) of Kinston, NC; his stepchildren, Melinda "Mindy" Bryan and Aaron Bryan (Jody) of The Plains, OH; his granddaughter Harlow Hook; his stepgrandchildren, Stephany, Suzanne, Shawn and Silas Matheny; his siblings, James "Eddie" Hook (Beth) of Lancaster, OH, Trinda Hook of Logan, OH, Lori Dotson (Bud) of Logan and Rebecca Hook of Lancaster; and his stepsiblings, Daniel Lanning (Niko) of League City, TX and Ramona Lanning of League City, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
