We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2020, at the age of 97, Jack C. Cook of Glouster, Ohio, born in Murray City, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jack C. Cook to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cook and Ethel Cook; his son Greg Cook; and his siblings, Robert, Don Cook and Lucille VanCuren.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara A. Bartlett (John) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Serge Devine (Trisha), Cris Devine (Ellen), Craig, Shane and Jeremy Cook; his great grandchildren, Kolton Devine (Karlie), Kile, Holden and Hannah Devine; and his sister-in-law Dee Cook of Murray City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a dear friend.
