He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Cantrell and Judy Cantrell; his wife Debra (Elmer); his brothers, Jeff (Shelly) and James (Bobbi); his mother-in-law Susie Elmer; and his nieces and nephews, Heather (Jim), Lindsay (William "Clyde"), Libby, Emily, Leann (Becca), Jordan, James, Patrick and Tyler.
