He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Hicks and Kathleen Hicks (Lowery). He is survived by: his wife Susan Schulte; his children, Keith Hicks of Gibsonburg and Kelly Maxson (Dan) of New Carlisle; his grandsons, Calvin Hicks, Tommy Maxson and Luke Maxson; and his sisters, Lynne Wolfe (Albert), Mary Day and Loralee Grimes.
Memorial donations in Edward's name may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, Perrysburg, the Gibsonburg American Legion Post #17, or to the Donor's Choice.
